Over 90 minutes, we take the time to thoroughly understand your unique health history, current symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle, and goals. This session is all about you—no rush, no assumptions—just personalised support grounded in clinical evidence and compassion. During this comprehensive session, we will: • Review your medical history, test results, and current medications or supplements • Explore your eating habits, digestion, energy, sleep, mood, and more • Identify possible nutritional imbalances or contributing lifestyle factors • Discuss your goals and create a realistic, step-by-step plan to support them • Provide immediate dietary recommendations and lifestyle tips to get you started • Suggest any relevant functional testing or supplements (if needed) You’ll leave the session with: • A tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits your routine and preferences • Clear guidance on your next steps • Ongoing support options if you choose to continue working together Whether you’re managing a specific health condition, navigating burnout, supporting your child’s wellbeing, or simply wanting to feel your best, this session lays the foundation for sustainable change.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
