Hey There
Hi, I’m Bec, a Clinical Nutritionist passionate about making nutrition feel doable, flexible, and truly nourishing.
I work with women who are feeling burned out, exhausted, and stretched thin, and parents trying to feed their families while juggling everything else. I believe food should support your energy, your hormones, your mood, and your family life; not add more stress.
Why I Do This
I started this practice from a deeply personal place. As a clinical nutritionist and sole parent raising a young family, I know firsthand how relentless and exhausting life can feel, especially when you’re trying to do everything well. I’ve walked through burnout while juggling work, study, parenting, and the constant emotional load of caring for others. There were moments when even getting a meal on the table felt like an overwhelming task.
That experience shaped how I work with women and families today.
I’ve supported my own family through the ups and downs of shared care, picky eating, and the complex needs that come with ADHD, autism, and ARFID. I understand how challenging it is to create nourishing meals when you’re navigating multiple homes, food rules, and sensory struggles. I also know how easy it is to feel like you’re failing, even when you’re doing your absolute best.
My work is grounded in compassion, practicality, and evidence-based strategies that meet families where they are. Whether you’re a burnt-out mum running on coffee and adrenaline, a family managing neurodiversity and feeding challenges, or someone who simply wants to feel better; you’re not alone, and you’re not doing it wrong.
I do this work because I believe every woman deserves to feel well, every child deserves to feel safe and supported around food, and every family deserves strategies that actually work in real life, not just in textbooks.
