Refund Policy

At Fun Family Health, we are committed to providing quality products and services. Our Refund Policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.

1. Your Consumer Rights Under Australian Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major problem with a product or service. You’re also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

2. Refunds & Returns – Physical Products

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange if your product:

    •    Arrives faulty, damaged, or is otherwise defective

    •    Is not as described or advertised

    •    Is unfit for its intended purpose

To request a refund or return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.

Return shipping for faulty or misdescribed items is covered by us. For all other returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds – Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as eBooks, downloadable guides, online programs, or templates), we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed, unless the product:

    •    Is faulty or corrupt and cannot be accessed

    •    Was incorrectly described or advertised

We recommend reading all product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the product suits your needs.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

    •    Order number

    •    Details of the issue

    •    Photos or screenshots (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
