Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Fun Family Health, we understand that life happens and appointments may need to be changed. To ensure fairness to all clients and to manage our schedule effectively, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
1. Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more will not incur any charges.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the consultation fee, at our discretion.
This is to cover the time set aside for you, which could have been offered to another client.
2. No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice (a “no-show”), the full consultation fee may be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
You can reschedule by contacting us directly via phone or email.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to provide your full session within the remaining time, but we may not be able to extend your session. The full consultation fee still applies.
5. Illness or Emergencies
We understand that emergencies and illness happen. If you are unwell or experience an unavoidable situation, please let us know as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees on compassionate grounds at our discretion.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Appointments
• If a prepaid appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, a full refund or credit can be issued.
• If a cancellation falls within the 24-hour window or is a no-show, any refund or credit is at our discretion.
